The keys on my K95 sometimes get stuck on.

Not the actual key itself; that goes up (at least I think so, never had the time to look down but it felt normal) but it keeps telling the PC its pressed down so in a game for a example I carry on moving. I need to repress the key to deactivate it.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

not sure, I have the same issue with my K70 on my left shift key - but after a few mins button mashing it fixes it.

for mine, the problem was the key switch was apparently placed in a bit of an odd angle (i'm sure it's just an honest mistake during production/shipping)

and the 2 prongs thing to the left and the right of the key switches was pushing the key cap.

Check out the build: Used to be Obot, now Lilith

So if it carries on I should RMA it?

I would. First give Corsair a call and see if there is anything else you can try before sending it in.
