SSD's Partition? what?

just need quick answer from you smart tweakers out there.. Should i create partition on my bx100 500gb ssd or nope? what does this do? is it necessary ? i have a 1tb HDD on my system as my storage. the reason why im upgrading my pc with ssd is to able to quickly load and do video/music editing.

Partitions are just more comfortable to use in my opinion. You don't junk up your OS partition as much, but they are not necessary.
