Simple kit (like an AIO) to connect to Liquid cooled Video card (like EVGA Hydrocopper)

So I was looking at the EVGA Hybrid, and I quite like the idea.  I have done complex custom water cooling before, and I am kind of done with all that work.  I got an AIO water cooler for my CPU, and love the simplicity.  My goal is mostly noise reduction, but certainly won't turn down better performance.

So basically what I am looking for, is if there are any simple yet good quality kits that would be ready to plug into a single water cooled video card.  I have found tons of CPU kits, but I don't need a CPU block.  And everything else I can find is all pick your parts, and I have simply been out of the research game for too long to know what would work best.  The main key for me is ease of use, I want to basically turn the card into an AIO in form/function.

I have seen the Corsair and NZXT adapters for adding an AIO cooler to a GPU, but they don't seem to perform as well as full water block solutions.  Either they are a pain to get on the card, or don't fit quite right, or don't cool the VRMs that well.

So I figured I would just get a card with a full water block and build a custom AIO for it.  But I was curious if there were any "Just plug these 2 tubes into your thing and start cooling" kits.  That didn't come with a CPU cooler, and could handle any single card that was connected.

For how much heat it would need to handle, I will likely be getting a GTX980, Titan, or whatever it is that may come out later in the summer.  But the solution would only need to handle a single card, if I got more cards I would get more combos.  So a single 120/140 would be what I want, it just needs a built in pump/rad/res/fan.  I want to be able to build it all outside of the case, and then put it in my computer as if it was an AIO.

ignore me.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.
