help choosing card

i cant decide between getting an asus 960 GB or a msi 290 , i know for my money the 290 is probably better performance wise, but im a bit concerned about the noise and power consumption of the 290, i have a rm 650 and i plan on water cooling and adding a couple more drives and i don't want to buy a new power supply

what cpu do you have, not a 220watt one?

The psu would be fine even in that case.

agreed, just i like breathing room. Oc'd cpu and gpu, say worst is 550 watts. Almost 85% load, which is fine, really almost perfect . I just overly worry about psu degradation overtime, wouldn't degrade 100watts for a long time, still I'm paranoid.
