Hello, just a quick question, i was considering going with a  http://www.frozencpu.com/products/23382/ex-wat-303/XSPC_Raystorm_RX240_V3_Extreme_Universal_CPU_Water_Cooling_Kit_w_D5_Variant_Pump_Included_and_Free_Dead-Water.html?tl=g59c683s2174   Its a custom liquid cooling kit with a thick 240mm radiator, and a d5 reservoir pump combo. Im planning on only doing my cpu for the time being, and i wanted to know, how will i drain this thing, because i plan on draining it once every year, because i will be using a kill coil, and http://www.frozencpu.com/products/17472/ex-liq-262/XSPC_EC6_High_Performance_Liquid_Cooling_Premix_Coolant_-_1L_-_UV_Green.html?tl=g30c337s1714 premixed fluid. So how will i drain this thing? Btw my case is a phanteks enthoo pro, and i will be cooling an i7 4790k that i plan to over clock with

some of the pre mixed fluids cant be used with a kill coil since they come with a anti alge already in it.

for draining it since its a bay leave the tubes a bit loose so you can just pull it out a bit and drain into a bucket/sink

If your using Premix it shouldn't need a coil at all. As for the grain you can plumb on in as RollinLower said using a valve and T off a low point in the loop.

 

I personally don't have one installed and will drain either via a bleed port from a radiator or cut the tube directly to maintenance.
