How is the performance and sound for this case fan? 

It looks very good and linus been using it here and there. 

Reviews is hard to get online in fact i got it from some other forum which i don't know should i trust so i come to you guys!

@WoodenMarker doesn't think much of it. I have two 140mm non-LEDs and they are quite nice if you run them with 7V. That said, if you can find better fan for price, don't bother getting Spectres.

@LoGiCalDrm any example of fans at the price which is better?

i dont really know how to test a fan tho.

i dont really know how to test a fan tho.

Problem is that you can't test them and results for noise are really per user. What you can do is look at specs. Try to find fans with low noise level (db) and still high CFM.

At least in here, it seems that in LEDs they are best for that price range (10-20e)
