Yes, the CPU that you have doesn't matter when you're overclocking a GPU.

 

Though bottlenecking might become an issue if you try to overclock a higher-end GPU with a lower-end CPU.

Can you overclock any Graphics card even if you have an intel non k version? Just making sure.

i OC'd my GT610 to the max and used it for minecraft without frying it
