are you sure you have a 780? lol

make sure there are no AMD drivers or CCC installed

also are you downloading the drivers from the website? try installing gefore experience and update drivers through there

sometimes as a techie you forget the golden rule "have you tried restarting your pc" haha

 

looks like everything is working now
