MSI lightning R9 290x vs LE

What are the differences between these cards? I am shopping for a non LE version but the only one I can find is used, although under MSI warranty, but newegg has the LE version for slightly less than the used one. Should I go with the used over a new LE? What's the difference? Any help is awesome. Thanks.
