Quick question is I have a Westell Model  327W Router for my home that runs DSL is it still possible that i can upgrade up to a Linksys WRT1900AC even if my old router is the one given to me by my ISP?

if its a standalone router yes just connect it to the modem

if its a combo connect the router via ethernet and yes
