issues with my 970

So this is what's going on. So on far cry 3 maxed out 1080p I used to get around 120 fps. On unigen valley I was getting scores of around 2700 and stuff like that. Lately I did the same things and I'm getting just barely 60 fps in fc3 and I'm only getting a score of 2350 in valley. Wtf is going on ? I have a i5-4690k at stock. 8gb of ram. The card is not throttling and the temps aren't much diferant from whay they were initially. Anybody know what's going on ? Also I noticed this after I downloaded the new driver for gta so I tried going back to the previous driver but it's still doing it :/

Could your 4690k be throttling?

Did you change any anti-aliasing settings?

no the 4690k is never going even into the 70`s it usually stays mid to high 60's and no I haven't changed any settings

Okay. What's VRAM usage like in FC3?

no clue. But I highly doubt it's hitting the 3.5 stutter point if gta v maxed doesn't hit it

no, but it actually wants to change it tp a higher res with dsr yet i cant even get 60 fps in 1080p :/ im just super confused cause all the settings are the same
