PC wont turn off correctly

My pc wont turn off when i press the power button i have to hold the power button every time,when i just press it the GPU HDD turn off but the cpu keeps spinning and after that i have to hold the power button to turn the cpu off.Dose any one have a fix just to press it once and turn everything  off?
