MAC problems (I know right lol)

Is there a way to open a sound mixer like windows, but for mac? My buddy has a MAC and says he doesn't have one, but doesn't know where to look/ find one online to install

What do you mean sound mixer? Do you mean the volume control?

 

If you go to the system preferences, there is a control panel for sound where you can adjust the input and output as well as sound effects.

 

Not sure if that's what you mean or not, but if you are expecting it to be like Windows where you can control volume per application, it doesn't have it built in.

"Volume mixer" is what I meant, if you right click the speaker next to ur clock in windows, I was asking if mac has those

Still not sure what you mean, but if you're playing music via iTunes Window->Equalizer gets you advanced sound controls. 

 

 

Also, when you say MAC I assume you're talking about a MAC address or something. It's just Mac.

no apple doesnt have it. you can just adjust the volume for each individual application. frankly, why would you want to listen to music while watching a youtube, while playing an intense FPS where you are relaying commands to your team and watching the WAN show?
