I'm curious about other peoples loading times in this game because mine are ridiculous. Whenever I start a game (either online of campaign) it loads fairly quickly - around 1-1.5 min but when I'm starting missions or hosting heists online it takes forever! My PC isn't that bad... I even bought new SSD just for GTA5 and keep only it there! (it's samsung evo 850 250GB, drive speed tests are ok, like described by manufacturer)

Today I started a heist, people joined (they should seriously give us proper matchmaking, you need to wait for ~5 minutes to get a crew), everything set, click Play and loading.... loading... loading... everyone got angry and ALT+F4 from the game (we waited for like 7-8 minutes, game wasn't frozen or anything).

My PC:

Windows 8.1 x64Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V LXCPU: Intel Core i7 2600K 3.4 GHz @ 4.0GHzCPU cooler: Corsair H100iCase: Corsair 750DGPU: MSI GeForce 780TiMemory: HyperX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHzSSD1: OCZ-VERTEX4 (128 GB)SSD2: Samsung 850 EVO (250GB)HDD: WDC WD7500AARX (750 GB)Mouse: Roccat Kone XTDHeadset: Logitech G35Keyboard: Natec Armadillo1x Benq XL2420T 120Hz (24")2x Samsung 2343BW 60Hz (23")

What's strange - beside RAM and CPU usage - the SSD usage in task manager is like 0-2% only.

GTA just has bad loading times in online. I have it on an SSD too and when playing campaign I pretty much never see a loading screen for more than 10 seconds but in online there are loading screens all the time.

Don't forget to Like the things you like!
