You should set up a co-op game in the Armory with friends to get used to running around and how the controls work.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Users cannot, and will not securely manage key material. Most users can't and the ones that can, wont.

Ask me about Bitcoin, Litecoin, Crypto-Currencies, and/or Mining them.

One thing i would recommend doing is turning down mouse smoothing and disabling post processing effects i find this makes the game much more playable, as mentioned the armory is the best way to learn the controls but i would also give wasteland a go.

cheers man! Im slowly getting used to it now, just working out how to find objectives .etc

If you want to learn to fly vehicles, and you have ArmA  OA too, then there is a coop mission, I believe it is Coop 08 and it has allot of vehicles to test out, aswell as gun.
