Minecraft server problem

now im messing with an old 1.5.2 minecraft ftb unleashed server witch show me weird activity. simply i used java arguments to make sure server use all 4 cores (Dual core hyper threaded). and i made a map with 28'000 TNT in it. i know its crazy but still why this server dont use all available cpu power? and btw i allocated 1.5GB of ram and disabled paging file.

so i detonated TNT and of course server crashed after a while but look at this screen shoot

how do i dedicate and make it use all the possible resources?

You've run out of RAM, it's bottlenecking the CPU and stopping it from using it's full potential.

I'll start with the biggest issue. Minecraft can't / doesn't use more than one core for the game and most calculations. It will, however, offload chat and similar to another core, but that's it.

Yep, the worlds most popular game and it's still less optimised than EA titles.

ok second time i loaded world and i removed half of the tnt its now hanging there offline not crashed but yea it seems like its out of ram but now its actually using 100% of the cpu look

funny part is i have spare 1600MHZ ddr3 4GB stick but it supports only ram up to 1333MHZ is there is way i can make it work? bios on that mb has absolutely no options

yea i agree but i think its because its 1.5.2 instead of latest modded 1.7.10

That's fine, it will just run at a lower clock speed. Also, it seems odd that a mobo only supports 1333MHz, check that it isn't DDR2

it is ddr3 other wise it wont fit but pc just doesnt start should i make new post about it?
