Has anyone had experiences with this AIO cooler? Any suggestions, worth buying one?

 

I've read that the fans are somewhat loud. My current plan is to replace the fans with something better at performance.

 

Would go on top of an i5-4690k, overclock pending.

 

Opinions? If the cooler is worth buying, then what fans would recommend? I'm looking for a good performance and quietness balance at reasonable price (CM SickleFlow or something).
