Hi there

yesterday i completely rebuild my gaming rig, clean it, install clean windows 7 pro, all new drivers and then first game. Guess which one smile.gif GTA V. And than something strange happens. Just look at the screen-shot

I have 2 way SLI Asus Strix GTX780 each one 6GB of memory, but some how they combine my video memory from both cards.

So it not only on DX12 i did it on DX11

It's GTA V problem. VRAM does not stack on DX11. If you have SLI it shows as double VRAM but it really isn't.

It is actually just an issue with the game. You are not really using the combined amount of your vram. My 2 way SLI GTX 780 Direct CU II also shows that I have the combined amount. But when you enable higher res textures and anything that uses more vram it increases double of what it will normally use.
