GTAV Heist Crashing

Hey guys, since GTAV was out i've been saying tons of people complaining about it crashing either in Story or Online mode. Well since about 4 days ago (last patch) i have been getting this particular error when i try to do a Heist (about midway) "You have been d/c due to your account being logged in elsewhere". I have tried changing password, reinstalling and dropping texture quality (just in case its a GPU related problem) but it keeps on happening. Note that i ONLY crash on Heists, nothing else.
My setup:
CPU: i7 4790k

GPU: gtx760 DirectCU II 2gb

RAM: 16gb

Any assistance in this will be greatly appreciated and i ask that, people who are having the same problem not spam it in the response section since it will just make it more messy.\

They claim the fixed this in the latest patch.

Ive been fine with my system specs so far
