Computer won't boot

Go to solution Solved by TaiGeXGaming,

Replace the board.

How do you know it's the board and not the processor?

EDIT:

Fixed thanks to another thread.  I removed the battery on the mobo and put it back in.

I tried overclocking because my processor wouldn't work AGAIN. I was lagging in a game so I did a performance test and it was barely getting 4k when it should be getting 10k minimum.

Now, it won't even boot into windows or even show up on my monitor for that matter. The only way I can get into bios is if I click the mem test button on the mobo which says 'Memory OK!' And allows me to go into bios via pressing F1.
When I go into bios, I can change whatever but once it reboots I can't boot into OS and the entire process starts again.

I've tried (once doing the above) clicking the boot manager in bios and selecting my SSD, which takes me to a Windows repair or start normally.
When I click repair, it sits for a while saying 'attempting repairs...'. After a while it said it can't repair automatically. I clicked finish and my system shuts down. When I reboot it goes through the exact same process from the beginning, not detecting my monitor.

If I do it again, it boots into windows however when I just reset it then, it goes back to having no signal on my monitors.

Please help me!

EDIT:

IT'S REALLY WEIRD

When I boot up my system and I do a performance test instantly, it's on 11k!

If I do one right after, then it's around 4k!

It lasts for around a minute or two before going bad again.  What can this even be?!
