Hey Guys first of all, excuse my bad english !!

this is my setup:

Processor: FX-8350

Motherboard: Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury (1x8GB) 1600 mhz

HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST3160815AS 160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

Video Card: NVidia Geforce 8400 GS 1GB DDR3

the problem is my pc is a little slow sometimes, more when starting up because the hdd goes over 10k+ ms and with nothing it's 100%  but the second problem is the video card, i have overclocked it with 180 mhz now is (680mhz) but is still slow and not enough for gaming, i can play battlefield 4 with low settings and resolution (not full screen) at an average of 18-20 fps, i play a game called Prison architect at 59.9 Fps xD is not bad but the thing is what i want to play Nba 2k15, at this time i get 18-22 fps with low settings , not full screen and 1024x768 , i have 100€, at this point, i don't know if buy an SSD Samsung 850 EVO 120GB or buy the video card for play at least more decent, what decision should i take and why?

PD: Sometimes the disk makes some strange sounds  i think it will die sooner or later

I Speak Spanish And Italian my english isn't good because im learning italian , Excuse me!!

Buy a new graphics card, what's your budget ?

right now i have 100€ like I said, i think i can reach 150€ at max.

Both are two very different games regarding performance, you would be good getting s new graphics cards.

yes but as my budget is so lower i don't know what to buy at this time.

is so old, is a thermaltake butterfly purepower 480w

wow...you might want to replace that as well...your FX 8 core CPU is already pulling a lot of watts from it...i guess you could run a R9 270 and your FX CPU on this...at stock...but a good quality 600W PSU and an R9 280 is what you'd really need...and a 120GB SSD for windows and programs (SSD wont affect your gaming performance though so if your main goal is to improve gaming performance go with a new GPU, yours is awesomly weak by today's standard...it was weak at launch nearly a decade ago...)

I don't know what are the price in Europe, but if you can take a R9 280X or a R9 280 you'll have a good gaming rig.

This is up to you, but I have a MSI R9 280 (not the X version) and I run GTA V almost all settings at high, 1080p and 60fps.

i5 4670K OC @ 4,5GHz, yeah the i5 is better than the FX-8350 but you can game with your CPU with no problems. My friend have a FX-8350 with a Radeon 7950 (which is like a R9 280) and he can run GTA V almost has good has me so...

FX 8350 doesnt suck mate, its a very nice performer in gaming, i5 is better true but not by significant margin.
