i don't understand those , why they are that high / that low ; those are the stats after some good PlanetSide 2 gameplay + i had to unplug my case Speaker out of the motherboard because it just starts randomly after a few hours and never stops beeping until i restert the whole system https://youtu.be/C_RpYnpDwuc so i unplugged it and now i get no more beeps when the PC starts up and its sorta fine .

Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P (2.5 more years of warranty)

Corsair CX500 (2 more years of warranty)

FX 8350 @ 4.3Ghz , 1.344v , Load line : Medium

Windows 8.1 instaled on 4 May '14 , at the moment 0 crashes , 0 BSOD and 0 Antivirus because i'm the AntiVirus , what i'm trying to say is that software wise its fine but old indeed - nothing crazy in the EventViewer

i say your mobo is the issue

 

 

its throttling your CPU

 

the VRMs on the board you got is bad

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
