Yep, there are AMD mounting brackets included. I wouldn't buy an H60 though, barely any better then a 212 EVO but costs more money.

I installed it for a customer a few years back so I'm really not sure, installation is very easy.

Friend has a H75 or H60 (cannot remember) on his FX-8350 and he gets 42C on load with push config out the back.

Why are your getting a FX-8350, what do you use your PC for?

It's actually a lot easier to install on an AM3+ since you don't have to remove the stock mounting bracket from the mainboard, whereas many of these require you to remove the stock mounting system and install a custom backplate in the process -- typically because many of these use screws that are different than the threads on the stock backplate on most AM3+ mainboards, so they may or may not thread right. The h60, on the other hand, has clips on its hold-down bracket that secure onto the stock AM3+ bracket in a fashion similar to the FX processor's stock cooling solution.

 

I used it with an 8350 before going full custom, and temperatures typically topped out into the mid to upper 50s C under sustained stress -- but I also wasn't using the stock thermal compound. In actuality, I'd recommend going with something a little more powerful, such as a 240mm radiator solution, or even a 140mm radiator solution.
