DIsk wont go in

Go to solution Solved by Woahduds,

the loader might be faulty

did you tap the disc in so that the loader can grab the disc?

Is there perhaps already a disk in there?

I'm assuming that it is supposed to reel itself in via motor loader (though just about every slim disc drive I have used was manual). The motor may be broken, but the drive itself should still work if you move the disc tray manually, or something else is amiss. Laptop disc drives are actually relatively cheap if you want a new one.
