Freeze the clock, is this possible? [Android App]

I want to take a bunch of screenshots on my Android phone but I want all the screenshots to display the same time in the header. Instead of having to go into date and time settings every time the time changes I would prefer if there was a way to install an app that in a way, "freezes" the time on the phone so that it never changes, or maybe just have it listen to the time and every time it changes, change it back to the time desired.

I know this may sound like a stupid idea, but I would really like to know if any resident developers here think it's possible to do, especially given the many added APIs for lollipop.

Thanks.

could you not just take the screenshots then edit them, and paste the desired time onto all of them?
