Loudest Portable Speaker

Hey guys i am looking for the loudest portable speaker under 300$. my friend has the beats pill xl and they seem pretty loud. was thinking of buying them for my self but idk if there is anything louder. They have to be portable enough to fit in my backpack when we go skateboarding or rollerblading. :') thanks in advance
