Suggestions?

Switching phone in the next 6 months, currently using an iPhone 5c, don't want to splash out on a flagship, but still want the phone to be an upgrade. I'm a power user that needs an easy full day battery, screen resolution/ specs don't bother me too much as long as it's not horrible, and camera should be fine for posting to social media, and not a 1mp pile of crap.

Budget is around $300 U.S. Or $500 NZ, and the carrier must be on a 700 MHz network
