Dark Rock LP - Release Date?

Going to build a new rig in the Silverstone Raven RVZ02 which should be out by July. Would go with the Noctua NH L9i but even though it's silent and has great performance I can't handle the colour scheme. Does anyone know if the BQ Shadow Rock LP will be out by July?

 

If not I might go for the Noctua cooler and chuck a better looking fan on it... Any suggestions for replacement PWM 92mm fans? Preferably quiet and look nice.
