Looks good, although I would spend some more money on something like a hyper 212 evo, which will allow you to overclock your CPU and get a bit more performance out of it. Because the Fx series is known for being quite sluggish.

only thing is the 212 evo doesnt fit in the k380

this would be a much better "bang for the buck" build. although there are some minor compatibility issues, they dont really matter bc you are only using one drive.
