Please recommend me a phone

Go to solution Solved by Guest Console Peasant,

spoke to my friend about that he said dual chip is shit, I don't really credit what he says to true most of the time, but something to consider, besides that looks good

Honestly back in 2010 I used to be in with the phone business but after 5 years i've lost all touch, mobiles have grown so much I can't do it especially after losing attention, so I need someone more modern to help me out with my needs (which aren't that much)

Loud audio (some mini samsung phones ive used really quiet)

Bluetooth 4.0

Android

Cheap as possible (can't imagine spending more than 300AUD)

no framerate lag when just using the phone like switching songs etc.

720p at least

edits: Carrier: Optus Australia, off contract

I have an iphone 4 atm and i hate the DRM so I'm getting android :D

I can't tell you every aspect of what I want but what I listed should be good, thanks :]

I recommend the Nexus 6. I have it and contrary to what others say, I think its a great phone. I've had it quite a bit now and no problems at all. Its fast and able to do anything I throw at it. The speakers are loud and they are front facing (and + to most people), has Bluetooth 4.0, and the price is $650 unlocked. To be honest, that's cheap for this amazing phone.

Yes, looks pretty good, seems fishy that the specs are so good.

Definitely in my list, need to make sure it has loud enough audio, that's about it lol

I'm not sure about the sound on it, but we have one at home (used for writing a book, so lightly used) and no troubles so far.

Sig under construction.

It's not fishy at all, there are a bunch of members on here that have ordered it and to this day are satisfied with it. The speakers on it are quite loud. If you're not contempt with that, watch this video for yourself.

it does sound like a good deal, what is the difference between it and the overpriced competitors? (Samsung S6 is like $1200AUD right now)

Simply to put it is that, other companies have to do many things such as advertising their product which makes them have to hike up the price. opo simply doesn't do that, which allows them to be able to sell the phone at such a low price, each phone they sell they only profit a little bit within $50-$70. This is afaik btw, if anyone would like to chime in on this and provide further information, that would be great.

Still a good consideration
