Question about video comments...

So i have been religiously watching videos on vessel and at the end of every video it is always saying "leave a comment on the forum"  so i come here to leave a comment but no dice because i am blind, ignorant and stupid and cant find where to comment...

Thats more for videos uploaded to Youtube, since they are posted on the forum before actually uploaded, but yeah..
