What CPU Cooler i should get?

Hello people! Well i'm gonna buy a new fan cooler... Because having the fabric fan for the CPU is not good enough.

I thinking in going for a Noctua NH-D15. I live in a place with a lot of dust, so i don't wanna go for a liquid cooling sistem.

If you want to overclock, then you want to get the best cooling you can get within your budget.
