Just part of old naming scheme of headers. It does same with chassis or system fan headers (CHA_FAN and SYS_FAN). Most likely it doesn't have controller and/or sensor so you can't use software to control or monitor it.

Full blown 1.21 jiggawatts of power :o   No controller for it that I know of...if ya plug it in, 100% :D
