You're build is pretty good. I would add a nice 2TB hard drive.  I would upgrade the GPU if you want to play games at higher settings and/or at higher frame rates.  Before you go off buying any of this stuff, make sure your mobo is compatable with the GPU.

Main Rig:

i7 4790k @ 4.4GHz w/ H75 Liquid CPU Cooler - Asus Maximus VII Hero - 16GB G.Skill Triedent X 2133MHz RAM - 2x Gtx 660s in SLI - 120GB Crucial SSD - 1TB WD HDD NZXT Hue - K70 RGB Keyboard - Corsair Sabre RGB - Windows 8.1 - 2x Asus VN247H-P 1080p Monitors (I'm a sucker for lighting effects)

Server:

FX 8350 @ 4.0GHz w/ stock cooler - 8GB Crucial 1600MHz RAM - AMD Radeon HD 7450 GPU - 300W PSU - 120GB SSD - Windows 7

You may also want to include how much of budget you want to spend as this would give us all idea on what you would like your PC to do..

I have 350 dollar to spend, so I'm thinking in a Asus Maximus VII Hero with Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 16GB and a Samsung XP941 (this M.2 i just bought it), I have no idea in the GPU.

That is very nice motherboard to choose,as for a GPU it all depends what you can afford,I personally would go with at least GTX 980 Series card..I love to be able to buy a 2nd Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 980 to run in sli or at least 1 Titian but that card is just to high for me to afford,so the GTX 980 I have now runs every game great for me..

.Is the $350 you have just for a motherboard as your going to need more money for a CPU,Memory and GPU..

Everything your showing me is a really good choice to get..
