Well, from 3days ago and until now..  i get around 1 restart or 2 restarts per day .. it happens suddenly during browsing or even doing something on the desktop.. a freeze... then restart and then a msg from the windows says that there was something caused my system to suddenly restart..

so what that could be ?

i just installed a new gpu to my system and a psu .. i dont think its a psu since if its a psu i would get a shutdown not a restart also i would get alot of shutdowns during gaming.. but i dont get even under load, and already tried futuremark 1.5

I guess you have removed the dust, so it's unlikely your system is overheating. But have you measured the temps?

I could be a RAM failure, test your RAM and CPU, with the Intel extreme tuning utility for example.

measured by HWINFO , and msi afterburner.. also i didn't test my ram before and i think the cpu is just fine since it has kinda fine temps right?

The CPU may suffer from an ESD or something like this. But I think it's the RAM. When false values are read by the OS it get's messed up and crash.

ESD ? .. sorry but what does that mean

ElectroStatic Discharge: Have you ever touched a doorhandle and got an electric shock? That's ESD. When you do that with your computer during assembly it can cause errors like you described.

Improbable, because I also happens under low load condition.

I think you have a weak motherboard with weak VRMs that cannot handle your CPU even at stock speeds. In your last post you never mentioned this crashing. This crashing is more indicative of VRM overheating and the computer protecting itself by shutting down.
