Can somebody explain how all of this works I dont understand a thing the only thing i know is that you need a super powerful pc  for this :D

I mean Folding Boinc Coin mining etc.

no you can go at your rhythm. you can just set it to low, medium or high. its just going to take more time than say a 5960x if your using a pentium.  but its defenitivly going to work and be worth it
