Don't know which CPU to use

Uses: Streaming/Gaming

Also need to know which keyboard and mouse I should get.

Also when you say streaming do you also mean video editing, if so how much are you doing of these? do you stream all the time you're on the computer?

That is a pretty good build. I have a similar one with the MSI z97 (love it) and a GTX 970. I suggest you get the i5 as it will be better for gaming. For keyboard I would say the corsair k75 RGB or a razer one. The mouse is mostly prefrence I think though and the keyboard is too sort of.
