Hello! This is like my 10th post reguarding the build, but I'm already down to ordering. I want to make this as cheap as I can without scimping on performance! This PC is gaming oriented, I will be overclocking/doing SLI Thanks!

Just a question, why the gigabyte over the MSI?

Also, I will be staying with the 200R, I love the design.

It's cheaper.

The 200R isn't really a good value when >$45.

Will the S340 keep it cool inside? I don't plan on buying extra fans as of now.

It should be just fine until you sli--in which case getting better fans might be a good idea.
