Hey guys. I just ran into some weird stuff that I can't figure out:

Sometimes my pc, after shuted off, when I'm turning it on again, it supposedly starts running but I have no signal to my monitor or any peripherals whatsoever. And he keeps running until I shut it off. The weird stuff comes with the "solution": if I let it be, unplugged from the wall for a bunch of hours, when I try to turn it on, everything comes back to normal until it happens all over again.

He has to be unplugged of the wall, otherwise the" solution" doesn't work. Anyone ever had the same problem? Thanks.

Depending on the parts, case, system positioning, temperatures, and other environmental reasons this can happen.

Many times it's hardware or software issue, but sometimes it's not. Update your motherboard's firmware with the latest bios, as if it was some motherboard problem, it can help a lot (and it's most likely to fix the issue).

However there are times when this will happen without much apparent reason, it can be a power problem, or plain humidity. The system needs to 'adjust' to the environment it's on, and this happens to most devices (hence the 'turning it off and on again' is one of the most common answers from technical support), all electronics have a % of error in the data transmission, and consumer motherboards are very common places for this to happen, everything is already engineered with this in mind, which is why nobody notices the problem. But changes in the surroundings (humidity, pressure, etc) can even cause a device not to boot, pretty rare but totally possible. Putting the system in the desk instead of the floor, avoid putting it close to a window, avoid humidity, this can all help. Resetting the bios (either with the switch or removing the battery) is going to instantly fix it for you, but that's annoying.

Hah!  What?? I think that's a pretty safe bet.  Hardware or software.. that's all that there is.

That's like saying, "It may or may not rain."  "You may or may not know the answer."   Well ya.. that's all there can be.   That's the worst way of saying, "I have no idea."

sounds like the PSU is not sending enough power to the system or the safety cut off was activated during the restart

do you have a spare PSU to check

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
