BIOS problems! ;(

I recently made a threat because my pc would not get out of sleep :(  http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/353465-pc-wont-get-out-of-of-sleep/ 

 

I tought maby update the bios of my ASUS h61m-K but i get this error in the bios update :unsure:  Security Verification has failed 

Is there a fix?

Redownload the BIOS, put it on a FAT32 formatted USB stick and try again.

Are you flashing from EZFlash (or whatever it's called) in the BIOS itself or from Winblows?

What's your current BIOS version, and which version are you trying to flash?

 

0801 is the latest

Your best bet is to try and flash from DOS. Download the Asus utility, the BIOS, and make a bootable DOS USB flash drive. Put the files on the drive, boot from it and run the flash utility. Report back what happens there.

I think it's the bios version cuz i don't get problems with the 0702 bios

Cpu:i5-4690k Gpu:r9 280x with some other things
