Headphone amp?

Would like one that cost less, and somewhere around 40-50 price range, if that's even possible ;s.

Why.

My sound is quiet in the analog outputs, and USB sticks are not pushing the volume levels for my ears to hear, as i have hearing problems.

For most cases, a simple Fiio E6 is all that's needed. It doesn't look much, but it does the job very well.
