Could this power supply:

Handle this build:

 i7 4790k

Asus GTX strix 970 gpu

corsair dominator platinum 2133mhz 16gb

Asus Z97 pro gaming motherboard

LG 16x black bluray drive

2x 120mm noctua fans at 2000 rpm

2x 140mm noctua fans at 2000 rpm

noctua NHU-14S Cpu heatsink

Intel 730 240gb ssd

wd black 1tb hard drive

and the keyboard mouse speakers e.c.t?

It should work altough I would go with 600W just to have the headroom

600w is overkill. A 970 with an oc'ed 3960x pulls under 300w at load: http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/geforce-gtx-970-sli-review,4.html

The SS-520FL2 is more than enough for the system.

oh yeah I might be overclocking a little bit how much would that effect it. I won't be overclocking much though.

You shouldn't have any limits to oc'ing when it comes to power draw.
