Hi!

I always planned to build a gaming pc and maybe now I can change my laptop to a gaming pc. I've got an 1080p led monitor, and my budget is around 1000$.

These are the parts that I have chosen so far :
CPU: i5 4670k
Cooler: Arctic cooling freezer i30

RAM: 2*4GB corsair venegance 1600MHz
GPU: GTX960 4GB / GTX970
Motherboard: Need help for this, I want some Asus, maximum for 160$
PSU: Cooler Master G550M / Corsair CX500M (or something like these)
Storage: I have a sata3 1tb hdd, later I will upgrade with SSD
Case: maybe NZXT H440 (don't know, how much money I will got)

Today, with gtx970 and without the case the price of this pc is 1035$ (in Hungary, 285.000HUF).

$1001, you can upgrade the case later (or mod it), it is a great case under $40.  You can leave the CPU cooler out and get a better case.

I know, that the gtx960 is not the best, but in Hungary, the cheapest gtx970 is starts at ~370$, and for 300$ I can get only gtx 960 with 4gb. And I don't want to buy case and cpu cooler with the other thing, becouse the cpu has the stock cooler and i've got an old case, which I can use to build it temporarily. Anyway, thanks the help. :)

No, you want the GTX 970 for $70 more.  Grab an i5 and the 970... build around that.
