I am building a computer, and am wondering which of these motherboard chipsets I need.  I will be running an Intel i5 4690k

They will all work Z87 will need a BIOS update prior to using the 4690k though

Z87 will work if it has new BIOS

H97 will work but you won't be able to OC so it is pointless for K CPU

Z97 is perfect

That looks good, but a little over my budget.

$200+ motherboard and "Bang for your buck" don't really go well together.

OP, you'll need a "Z" motherboard to overclock.  Z97 will work out of the box, Z87 will probably work out of the box but may need a BIOS update.

150, but im looking for something around 100, lower if possible
