GTA V shadow rendering problem

My shadows only render fully when they about 2-3 metres away from me, its not too bad but it kinda annoys me. I am not sure if this is what it is like for everyone so i am making this post to ask how to fix this. Is it something to do with my settings? i uploaded a video of the problem and included my settings in the video also. (just look at the shadows on the floor etc as i walk towards them)

It has been like this since release for me, and i just tried it out with the Nvidia shadows and its the same.

the sides of drive ways is the real killer. I have no clue for a fix.

Well i hope they at least know that this is a problem and fix it soon.

I will give that a try
