Is my GPU damaged?

Hey guys. So I have a GTX 980 ACX2.0 from EVGA that I have not overclocked at all. Today when I was messing around with Uningine Valley benchmark, I just left it running for whatever reason while I went to go eat. Upon returning, when the benchmark had finished, I moved my mouse and the screen went black for a split second, and then returned to normal mode. I know that my power supply is sufficient, and my temps never went above 75c, and my voltage was normal. Do you think that this was just a glitch with Uningine? My monitor didn't lose connection and I know that Uningine Valley is sometimes a bit buggy. Btw, this never happens in real world-gaming

i wouldn't worry about it , my monitor/gpu does that when it switches back to native resolution of my monitor

the current list of dead cards is as follows 2 evga gtx 980ti acx 2.0 , 1 evga gtx 980 acx 2.0 1600mhz core 2100mhz ram golden chip card ... failed hardcore , 1 290x that caught fire , 1 hd 7950 .
