Login time

Every time i restart my pc .

After i enter my pincode the login screen freezes for about 20 sec and then logs in

Any fix

Is there something that starts up at login that could be causing the freezing?

OS or the hard drive just skips, is it a Hard Drive or a SSD?

I have this issue sometimes too. No idea how to fix it. Reinstalling OS seems to help. Sometimes switching components makes it go away for a while. Still have no idea what's causing it. It likes to come and go as it pleases.

This could be a couple things that I can think of. If your boot drive is a traditional HHD then your boot time would be slower than if you were running your boot off of an SSD. Another issue may be that you have too many items set to run at startup. I had this problem when I had Steam, CPU-Z, iTunes, MSI Afterburner, Asus AI Suite II, etc running at start up. Go through your programs and see what you can scale back.

@Ts2001 Is it user specific?  Make a test user account and try it.  This test will be VERY telling.

if you check your registry, you will still find the keys for the programs which you removed a long time ago inside the startup

yup only old pcs suffer from registery problems defragging and and useless stuff are more of a threat than registery

yup only old pcs suffer from registery problems defragging and removing useless stuff are more likely going to speed up you computer also clearing cache and cookies from you browser as those can and will at some point cause problems
