The question is very simple.If i buy something like a h100i or any pre filled water cooler will it last for about 3 years?And if no would it worth to buy an air cooler to last longer?

AIO coolers should last for a long time but there can always be that chance that something happens to it either it be from bad luck or a user's fault. I personally would go with air cooling since its a huge chunk of metal and one less thing to worry about in my system.

Usually take the number of year that are offered in the warranty and add about 1/3-1/2 of that on top.
 
In this case 5 years +2-3years. Like M-ursu said it's probably made to last a minimum of 7 years.
