So i have a amd buld and a haswell build, would do you think is better?

My preference would be to go with Haswell but that's just me :P

It's really your choice but both the builds have different parts other than motherboard and CPU , so I would change the case, ram,hdd to on the amd side to the same as intel then with the money saved I would maybe stretch the budget for a better gpu on the amd side which would push me to the amd build .

As it stands I would go haswell as the mobos have better features eg more USB, Pcie 3.0

But it's your choice :)
