Alright. So this is sort of confusing, but it's not any better for myself, either.

I have 2 GTX 760s that I have had driver issues with ever since I got them .I have a 550W PSU right now so I was only using one, and games were unplayable. So, I switched back to my 750 Ti. Well, I tried multiple times to get a 760 back in there. But I'm starting to get very, very confused.

The GTX 760 requires 2 6-pin Connectors. The GTX 660, which in reference design with the 760, looks exactly the same (dimensions and i/o) with the exception of the absence of one of the 6-pin PCI Ports. I have 2 Reference GTX 760's as shown here. http://prntscr.com/6vrzli

I still can't use them in games. I fixed all of my missing driver issues and they still won't work so I ordered a new power supply...

However! These have 1 6 pin connectors. And just yesterday, when I wiped all of my video-related drivers and put the 760 in the slot, Windows said that it was installing drivers for a GTX 660. And THEN, I went and downloaded GeForce Experience, downloaded drivers, and opened GeForce and GPU-Z. Both of which said that I have a GTX 760.

Please help!?

Edit: Fixed typo

First of all, you can't run 2 760s off 550W

I think your overacting, It could be that the weird ass things alien-ware did to them make them not work as proprely as they should. i recommend selling for 200 maybe 250 and try going for an r9 290. it has 4gb and runs really well, especially with an i7 (i know OP personally so i have some inside info)

Main PC |CPU - i7-6700k|GPU - R9 290x tri-x 4gb|RAM - 16gb ddr4|MOBO - MSI z170 - A PRO|HDD - WD 1TB/240gb Sandisk |PSU - 700w Raidmax
